ABOUT US

The Bank of Ontario was established in 1911 in Ontario, WI. In 1983 the bank was purchased by its current owner's. In 1985 Genoa State Bank (est. 1909) was acquired and become a member of the Bank of Ontario family. The two banks have been supporting their local communities and the Vernon County area ever since.

If your Debit Card has been lost or stolen, do not delay in contacting your local Royal Bank office.

During Business Hours

If you discover your Debit Card is lost or stolen during normal business hours, please call us immediately at (608) 337-4406 or (608) 689-2655.

After Business Hours

If you discover your Debit Card is lost or stolen after normal business hours, please call Shazam at (800) 383-8000 and follow the prompts. Shazam will then place a hold on your card. The following business day, please call one of our friendly bankers at (608) 337-4406 or (608) 689-2655 to help you with ordering a new Debit Card (fees may apply).
