Health Savings Account:

• $50.00 minimum amount to open
• $50.00 minimum maintained balance to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield
• Unlimited number of deposits into the account
• No transaction fee for distributions from the account
• Withdrawals for medical purposes
• Tier level interest rates apply
• Interest will be compounded and credited into the account on a monthly basis

Christmas Club

• $3.00 minimum to open
• Accounts should be opened between December 1 through April 15
• Maturity is November 15th of each year
• Unlimited numbers of deposits into the account
• Fees apply to early withdrawals
• If you deposit all 48 weekly payments, the bank will make your last two payments
• Checks for the entire account balance will be mailed upon maturity
